Texas Roadhouse

We order quickly and then they bring those FABULOUS roles with honey butter! Lawsy! The steaks are great, the hamburgers and yummy, it's a great place to go to eat. I recommend it.

Went in first time since they changed to sitting and waiting on people. It was nice being seated quickly until we realized they seated us where our wait person was not there ? There were between 5-8 waitstaff standing around talking. There were between 5-8 and wait staff standing around talking to each other because it was slow but no one wanting to wait on our group..

Alan noticed we were not being waited on and stepped up and gave great service the rest of the night . Food was good the order had one mistake but Alan again stepped up and made things right . They were about 2 minutes from changing us into no returners .. Thanks Alan

I enjoy the food and easy going atmosphere. Amazing service. Manny that makes the ribs does an amazing job. The best in Medford.

Employees were very friendly and helpful; service was great; food not so great. - it was so salty I couldn't finish it.

TR is the best steakhouse in Medford,Or. Lots of tender meat on the ribs, and the steaks are flavorful with perfect consistency. Love the hot rolls with cinnamon butter. My only complaint is the noise level, but that's what happens when people keep rolling in for the best ribs and steak in town! Also, the draft beer...ice cold! Awsome! I like how customers have the choice of ordering like they do at Sizzler restaurants, or we can sit in bar area and order from menus.

I first time I went into Texas Roadhouse in Medford was the day after opening. I was very impressed with the layout of menu and how you order and find a table and how an ambassador serves your meal. My first ambassador was a very out going "John" I have been in 4 times and each time I look for John. Everyone at Texas Roadhouse is very friendly, except John is extra funny and a great server!

I was lucky to have been able to have met some of the managers on 2nd day opening and all very friendly.

The fall off bone ribs are the best, but I've also had the prime rib and lo very tasty!
