GetGo from Giant Eagle

This evening while going through my credit card statements I noticed a significant charge that was made almost a year ago. I contacted my credit card company who contacted the Meadville Get Go in order for us to have a conference call with an associate about the charge. I had the opportunity to speak with BJ. BJ was extremely helpful, she said that she was unable to assist us because she was not a manager and we would need to return the call in the morning. However, she remained on the line and thought of a solution of how to handle the extreme nature of my problem. BJ is by far and exceptional employee and should be given a medal and reward. Thank you BJ from the bottom of my heart.
