Phillips 66

I was out of it (family crisis) and I started to drive off with the gas nozzle still in my car. No spill, and I had already paid. I got out to pick up the nozzle Which had separated from its hose above the gas pump. Eastern Indian guy comes running out screaming "New! Hundred dollah. You pay hundred dollah." Except it wasn't new. Obviously this had happened before because where the two parts of the hose fasten together, he'd glued it together with gorilla glue. I held up the two parts and nothing was broken and the ball was still in there that regulates the on/off. I told him I wasn't going to pay and he said OK.

I went to the gas station with my 8 year old daughter & pulled up to the pump. I had an email from my son's teacher & felt it was necessary to respond post haste. I typed a short email. Part way through the email, I hear some lady yelling from the storefront. Thinking she was yelling at my daughter for opening her door, I promptly told my daughter to shut the door. As I had just finished typing, I look up to se this lady standing outside my car door. I rolled the window down & asked how I could help her. She stated that this was not a rest stop. There were 4-5 other pumps with spots available on both sides, I was the ONLY one there. Not holding up someone else or anything....I didn't understand the problem. She told me to get my gas or pull up out of the way. I started my car & said "I think I will just go somewhere else". I started the car up as she was walking away. I drove down the road to the other gas station & gave them my business. This woman is a horrible human being.

NEVER GO TO THIS PHILLIPS 66!!! HORRIFIC SERVICE, I went in the store to buy drinks, while I was in the store my husband threw away some trash and the female store clerk started screaming at my husband that the trash cans are only for customers. Why isn't Phillips doing anything about this stores' customer service, I have been told by locals that this has been going on for years now. I WILL NEVER USE A PHILLIPS 66 EVERY AGAIN!!!
