Wow... not happy! The only thing I liked about this place was the water pressure in the shower. The service sucked. The bed was as hard as a rock. The lobby smells weird. When we got there, it wasn't in the system that we'd paid or made reservations even though we made the reservations and paid online, so we had to sleep in a room with one bed and no couch because that was the only room available. Then when they moved us into a king suite like we asked when we made the reservations, they charged us for both rooms even though they said they wouldn't do that. Then they gave us credit for one of the rooms, which of course, was the first room, the cheaper room.They also said that housekeeping would move our stuff into the king suite and they didn't. And we had to get towels from the front desk. There should've been towels in the room already. If you have to stay at a hotel in this town, my advice to you would be to find another hotel. If you can't find another one in McMinnville, either find a hotel in a nearby town or sleep in your car and find a place to take a shower.
