WORST company I have ever dealt with! They automatically send their trucks out to fill your tanks monthly without ANY signed contract, acknowledgement from the homeowner stating they want that! They did this to us and we only ordered a one time amount of propane and they STILL did this and refuse to refund the amount! They in turn responded with "It is what it is and I will take you to small claims court"! What an incredibly unprofessional and poor customer service business! So, yes I am happy to go to court and prove I signed and acknowledged NOTHING stating it was ok to come on my property and fill my tank on a monthly basis. To some that may be a great service option, to others it is certainly not and a very poor business ethic to not have a contract signed stating the homeowner is aware and approves. See you in court buddies! DO NOT do business with this company!

On Feb 26th your driver that delivers to Chehalem drive (Newberg) almost ran me off the road. If I had not came to a sudden stop he would have ran into me by driving almost entirely on the wrong side of the road while making a blind curve. So tell us again about your safety policy. If it happens again I'll call the sheriff.
