I created a yp account to specifically write this review. I've had the worst experience with CustomInk. I have ordered in the past and everything went fine, but this order, due to it's high quantity Im guessing?, proved too much for CustomInk. First, I was told everything was possible to create my 2500+ hat order. Then I was called and told they did not have enough in the color I needed, so I hesitantly split between two colors. The following days I was told that there was not enough of the 2nd color so I was forced to split between 3 colors. (due to timing, I very unfortunately could not cancel my order). To top it off, they could no longer send on the date I needed by and instead sent 40 boxes (30 more than my small office could handle- this was another discussion I had where I was mislead. The hats should have been able to ship in 10-15 boxes) a day late. Very frustrating and awful experience.
