Unprofessional and BLACK MOLD WHEN WE MOVED IN!

BLACK MOLD in our kitchen when we moved in!

Mysterious stains appearing almost weekly.

Obviously rushed bathroom repair as the tile bows inward in certain spots and the grout cracked less than a month after move-in. This still doesn't explain why the faucet isn't sealed properly and the shower only comes to my chest when I'm 5 foot 6 inches.

Major water damage for MONTHS!

Appliances are old and falling apart (despite being "recently replaced")

They stood on our dining room furniture to inspect said water damage when we weren't home because we were told that they would be coming a different day. We only know because there was a boot print on the chair that they didn't put back! No work order or anything!

Further damage done to walls and floor when receiving "new" appliances (scuff marks tell a different story of their obviously used state)

Toilet not flushing/filling properly and falling apart.

Towel rack didn't last a week before it fell from the wall.

I can see through my front door..when it's shut. (But not through the useless peephole!)

Can't pay rent online because, instead of letting us do it, they set up your portal for you (without saying anything) and proceed to get your email completely wrong, which no one can fix.

And guess how they do a majority of their communication? I wouldn't know because they apparently don't know how to do so properly.

And did I mention that this entire time, I've been pregnant? That's right, they're trying to screw over a pregnant woman. Imagine what they'll try to do to you!
