        Overall

        Management is rude. They truly show no respect to customers and belittle them. Staff try to sell you "complete care" warranty that does NOTHING. If you take the computer back for a repair- they just tell you to call the manufacturer, let the MANUFACTURER troubleshoot the problem, mail the unit to the MANUFACTURER, etc... It takes FOREVER. Safe yourself the trouble and go to Bestbuy. This sucked.

        I tried to return some softwar...

        I tried to return some software that was unopened and was refused. I had my receipt and item in hand. Item could be returned if unopened according to back of receipt. Management (Ed Springer) was rude. Never go to store again.
