Third Street Inn

Absolutely worst hotel experience ever! This hotel is extremely low budget. Rooms are fairly clean but the staff is absolutely horrible. When booking the room as a "value club member" it stated on the internet site that a late check out was available for an extra $25. We inquired upon check in about paying the extra fee for a late check out. The clerk said she would check with her boss and get back to us. I also notified them their "free wi fi" was not working. She did not get back to us and the following morning I notified the "assistant manager" at the front desk that the internet was sill not working and asked again about the late check out. The assistant manager was extremely rude and confrontational. She came to our room with a website printout and was terribly rude. I asked her nicely why she was being confrontational about the issue when we were simply trying to resolve the issues. She stated she was not as she stormed away. When asked for her manager's name and number, she yelled them at me as she walked away. The continental breakfast left much to be desired. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone!
