        Worst customer service. Ask an employee a question and they look at you like you have something obscene growing out of your forehead. And good luck trying to get a hold of them to make a payment over the phone. Just keep trying, they usually answer on your 15th try.

        Bad delivery service

        They have an automated delivery service that sets up a time for you without your approval to see if it is a good time for you to be home. Needless to say when they showed up i wasn't home. Now they locked my furniture from setting up another time for 48 hrs. So I'm on my 10th hr. Right now, 38 more to go. Ridiculous.
