House Of China

took my wife out yesterday cause i have been hearing about this place on the radio.totally disappointed parking you have to walk a mile to get to the front door.cold by the time you get from buffet table with meal to your table food is cold.bad bad bad

Well I went to House of China Exactly 2 days ago during Lunch time;Of course this palce is always busy during the lunch hourse cause of the good price of $5.49 plus Tax...I went in was seated immediatley which was great! The food lingered around me from the buffet table i just couldn't wait to dig in!..well i sampled the first thing I personally ALWAYS get on my plate is the general tso's , some fried rice,some lo mein noddles. not to mention whats a plate without an eggroll?? well i came back to my seat and everything smelled fairly nice,so i went ahead amd dug in although my taste buds werent ready for the full flavor of the general tso's (not to mention how fresh and hot it was!) this chicken had an tangey yet subtle flavor with just enough heat to tickle the tastebuds absolutely gorgeous! as for the fried rice, well it was a bit on the dry side and the flavors werent really calling out to me, it was a bit too peppery for my likeing! as for the lo mein noodles ; Loved them the texture was perfect they weren't sticky (which usually significes the noodles are overdone!) the vegstables were crispy and pleasant. I then moved on to the eggroll which was full of flavor,crispy and hot! everybite was a nice texturial adventure! well i would've asked for nicer waitress, and someone who actully checked up on my dining experience making sure everything was comfy for me,the food really called out to me; I would definatley recommend for the food , by the way everything else looked scrumptous! The service wasn't all too kind here at The House Of China.
