Called in to get directions to there location but was received very rudely. I was accused of being a prank caller when i specifically stated I was not and was told that they had my number on file and then was Hung up on. Heard there limos were great but the service was inappropriate regarding my experience. I give a star because the system needs at least a star to submit.

Not Good Limousine Service
Limousine from All Valley Limousine arrived 30 minutes late and the driver didn't even say he was sorry not a nice person at all either and looked like a bum I will not use All Valley Limousine and Sedan Service again.

Thumbs down I know the RGV is hot but no ac shame on you for ruining birthday the kids really suffered not recommended.
