Once again I needed Grimes' help. My 2 Aussie pups chewed my new leather couch cushions. They came back perfect. They replaced the stuffing, zipper and missing piece of leather. The couch looks new again. They will be doing all my furniture dress-ups.

I grew up in a "furniture making" family. My Father a master craftsman upolsterer and my Grand father a master craftsman cabinet maker. When I walked into the Grimes shop, nostalgia took over my emotions. The family was kind and I had high hopes that the wicker pieces that had been in my family for over 100 years. Upon delivery of the two chairs, I almost burst into tears! They are BEYOND BEAUTIFUL! It is painstaking work to remove 100 years of paint and repainted paint without damaging the original wicker. To my amazement, the pieces look perfect. I am VERY HARD TO PLEASE considering my furniture background! The Grimes family takes pride in their work and work hard to please. Bring your heirlooms here and while your there, look at the furniture room downstairs. There are treasures there. The real magic comes from the Grimes family no the magical, talented craftsman whom are behind the scenes at this wonderful business. Just had an MCM couch recovered by Grimes using fabric I purchased from the internet. Very impressed with the service and how quickly the project was finished. Free pickup and delivery was a plus, and I worked directly with the owner who (it turns out) is a neighbor. Would recommend.

Grimes Interiors came to my home and I choose the fabric to have my parsons chairs redone. My experience with this company from beginning to end is 5 Star +. My chairs are beautiful. This is a small family business in Pittsburgh, PA and I would highly recommend this company.

Grimes Interiors refinished our dining room table, carefuly removing the old crazed finish and matching the color exactly as we wished. Several friends have remarked how beautiful the new finish is! Needless to say, we are quite pleased!

I have a 1920s antique barrister bookcase that was damaged by movers. It had water damage and a panel was warped and discolored white. Mr. Grimes and his folks repaired and matched the antique patina (which comes with age but is hard to replicate) and they removed the warp section so that the repair is no longer noticeable. He and his folks did a great job. It is sometimes hard to trust a complete stranger with something valuable and irreplaceable, but Mr. Grimes never let me down. The work was impeccable and Mr. Grimes was courteous and extremely easy to do business with. I would recommend Grimes Interior to anyone looking for skilled, reliable, and friendly service.

I had a couch reupholstered by Grimes Interiors recently. Not only was the Quality and Workmanship absolutely TOP Notch but the project was completed by the date promised by Grimes. It was a pleasure to deal with such professional and pleasant people who Mean what they say and keep every promise.
