Skyzone

I visited Sky Zone yesterday with my 2 kids. I must say, I was extremely disappointed in the Price/NON-exsistant customer service. I payed over $28 for socks and 30 minutes of jump time for 5yo and 3yo.



1. I was told I couldn't follow my kids around because I didn't pay for a sticker. When I was told this I became pretty upset because I won't let my kids run around that place with only high school kid employees watching them, when I brought this up to their staff they backtracked and said it was because I didn't have a waiver and it was a liability (BTW, I did sign the waiver)



2. They made my kids stop jumping two minutes before their time had even expired. I was so frustrated that I felt we were ripped off!



3. I asked the manager (Loe) for a refund because our time was half spent getting safety briefings on how to do each of the jump sections on trampolines safely (during the time I paid for) and made us quit early. Then he makes a remark such as "you want a refund after your time expired!?"



4. YES, Loe, I did wanted a refund! But, since you don't want to make this right, then I will be glad to write reviews all over the interwebs on how your business sucks and your competition (Altitude; West LR) is WAY better in literally every facet of business. I offered for you to give me a refund (hoping you'd show me that you at least had decent customer service) so maybe we could come back on a different day that we have more time to enjoy Sky Zone, but your refusal to give me a refund was THE LAST STRAW. I will never spend one more dime at your business and I will ensure that IF THIS POST GETS DELETED I WILL PUT REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN FIND--not a threat.....just a promise.



5. Little do you know, Mr. Manager, we came there yesterday to scope the place out to figure out which place (between Altitude and Sky Zone) to have my son's 6 year birthday party in 2 weeks. Well I can honestly say THANK YOU for making my decision VERY EASY! Even my 5yo son said that altitude is "way more fun". (they also know how to go above and beyond with their customers) So, my $300 birthday party package will be (gladly) going to thier business.
