My husband and I recently bought our first "fixer upper." Our kitchen/bathroom countertop and all
backsplashes needed replacing badly! A friend of ours ,who also flips homes, recommended A1
GraniteMan in Maumelle. The entire process was so pleasant and easy! The customer service is
incredible! The owner (Mrs. Sherrie) and her amazing team answered every question or concerned we
had. They removed all our old counter tops and installed our beautiful new granite tops with such care
and professionalism! We will definitely be using them for all our projects!!

This company has horrible customer services. I waited all day on three separate occasions for some to come out and make a template for our project. The first two days no one showed up or called to cancel or reschedule and when I called to inquire I was told someone would get back with me but the didn't. So, when I called again it seemed as if I was bothering them. I finally got my granite installed and it was a piece that I specifically said, I didn't like. Amber stated that they had another piece of that same granite that didn't have those imperfections. We looked a piece that was there , but belonged to someone else, but she assured us that she had 3 pieces. So, we agreed on that style. On the day of install they installed the piece that had all the imperfections. They have not called to try and rectify the situation or given an explanation as to what happened.

Never got to see the craftsmanship. Sherrie was super friendly & made after hours appointment to get sale, then when there was an issue, no return calls for a week--left multiple messages for Sherrie & Tommy. Do not trust owners, add additional clause to protect yourself if they can't deliver in a set time frame that hurts your schedule. Claim is that the manufacturer had an issue and product would be delayed 1.5 months. I (customer) was penalized for finding product elsewhere (no delay as they claim) and owner, Sherrie, charged a cancellation fee (their time) and false trip charge when no other product she had was satisfactory & I had to find a new supplier. They really kept 5% and a $150 trip charge to measure when date was modified in advance. Crew most likely does good work, but business owners are unprofessional, no customer comes first attitude. Beware of shady ethics!

Our bathroom looks amazing! Thanks to Sherrie and Tommy for an excellent job. Couldn't be more pleased!!
