Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If I could provide a 10 star review this location (Enterprise Maumee, Ohio) would have it! The rental team (Josh and Taylor) were friendly, accommodating, and sincere. My trip started and ended in a frustrating was, however this location was the bright spot to my exhausting and frustrating excursion. They will definitely receive my service in the future.

I left my car on the Enterprise lot. When I returned, as I was checking in, I noticed that the front bumper of my car was hanging on the ground. I commented about this. One staff replied, "yeah, I noticed that a few days ago." There was a dent in the front fender and the front bumper had been shattered. Clearly, my car had been hit while parked on the lot of Enterprise during my rental period.



I took photos and contacted customer service. A mgr for Enterprise indicated that they would take care of the damage.

At NO TIME did anyone in the office say Enterprise wouldn't protect my vehicle when they offered to let me keep my car on their lot. I returned their vehicle in the same shape that I took it. For a very small cost, Enterprise could have made a lifelong loyal customer. But, the lack of response to my concerns and clear damage to my vehicle while in Enterprise's care is the opposite. This is a complaint against corporate office and customer service NOT the local office personnel.
