  We bought our home from Mark Down Homes…

  We bought our home from Mark Down Homes in December 2011. Never buy from this place. They eat you up until the deal is done. We had them to order our home from Kabco Builders and it is a place of crap. They will not fix it. We could only get them out here one time and they messed it up. my ceilings are sponged and the guy that came out took a putting knife and went a cross the crack in my living room and two of the bedrooms. It looks like crap. My carpet is coming out of my living room and the roof is bowed. We cannot get Mark Down homes to even come check on it to see what the guy did. Once they were paid it was the hell with the customer. Look else where and don't listen to their story and fall for it like we did.
