The Home Depot

11/26/18 (Monday) I special ordered some vinyl tiles that were to come in 11/30/18 (Friday)at the “1837 Matthews Township Pkwy” “Home Depot”.
12/3/18 (Monday) I called to confirm they arrived before driving to the store. I was told 15 boxes were in, but still waiting on 3 more boxes. I told the lady they were all supposed to be here 3 days ago. She said she would call vendor and get back with me. She contacted me back and said the remaining boxes would arrive 12/8/18 (Saturday)
12/8/18 (Saturday) I called store and was on hold for 21 minutes before hanging up; never spoke with a person, just listening to Christmas music and repeated message telling me “how important my call is, and please remain on the line”.
12/9/18 (Sunday) I called the store and was told all boxes were in. Then the lady called me back and said the boxes were someone else’s, so, we are still waiting on my remaining boxes of 18” square vinyl tiles. I asked what she was going to do about this problem, seeing as I ordered some times that were to take 4 days to arrive, and now 15 days later they are still not here. All she said was could do is wait for boxes to show up. I informed her I was going online to give bad reviews for this experience. She asked would I like to speak to a manager. I said I had spoken with several Home Depot associates and I didn’t think I could speak with another without getting majorly upset and cussing someone out. I hung up and now I am informing others as to how they do business.

P.S. All the associates I spoke with unremorseful. They never said “I’m sorry”. They all acted like it was no big deal. The order shows up when it shows up, whatever, no problem, no harm – no foul, just the way it is. A four day order goes past 2 weeks and it’s just business as usual.
