I went to this dealer to buy a specific car, however I was steered into another car that was cheaper and told was comparable. It was not. I was sold an extended warranty and then lied to about the terms and how it would be financed. Possibly the worst experience ...

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership! I had my wife's 2002 Avalon (123,000

I had my wife's 2002 Avalon (123,000 mi.) in for service on 6/1/12 and as usual Billy Carroll took good care to make sure everything was up to date, only needed oil change and tire rotation. Scott Clark's Service Department

When I first moved to Charlotte I took my 4Runner to another Toyota dealership for service...wrong!...I was lucky enough to meet Crystal Terry at Scott Clark's...she not only helped correct the other dealership's ""are you kidding me?!?"" mistake, but her attention to detail and customer service has been the reason I have been going back to Scott Clark's for years...if you go, ask for Crystal...end of story.

Service Experience

I recently had my van's sliding door repaired at Scott Clark's Service Department. Billy Carroll, Assistant Service Manager, helped me work out details with my insurance company in order to get the door repaired. I had an excellent experience and Billy was most helpful.
