Now It's A Party!

I ordered the wet/dry bounce house combo from Now It’s A Party and drop off went smoothly, then the problems began. I was having a 3rd birthday party for my daughter and within 10 minutes of her and two of her friends jumping in the bounce house side, IT BUSTED! Contacted Brian to see what could be done (as I had paid EXTRA for insurance on the unit). He advised me he had no other units available but told me we could attempt to do a temporary fix to make it through the party. Told us what to buy (with our own money) and that’s all that could be done. Okay, great, let’s try to salvage my daughter’s party. So we did as he said. Attempted to patch it ourselves and it still did not work. The bounce house would not hold air. So I contacted Brian again with pictures of the bounce house and advised him that we had not been able to use it for the party and that I would just like a refund. He assured me that he would take care of it and offered us another party at a different time, which we did not want! Told him that and he promised he would get it handled. They came and picked up the bounce house, still no refund. Jump forward to the following day, we text back and forth and finally he sends me a refund for $48 for the items we had to buy to attempt to repair his damaged product. No refund for the bounce house itself that we didn’t even get to enjoy for our daughter’s party. We ended up having to buy a SPRINKLER for the kids to play in at the party, since he did not resolve our issues. When I asked him to please just refund my money, he advised me to give him a couple of days to file a claim with his insurance company and he would get it handled. I have given him 2 weeks at this point and have not heard from him since. Even though I have reached out to him on multiple occasions. I do not usually leave reviews but everyone should know how Brian handles his business if and when a problem occurs. I will never rent a bounce house through his company again. Robbed of $300!!!!!!

Great experience with Now It's a Party! The bounce house was clean as was the cotton candy machine. Both were easy to use and the kids had a blast! I liked that I could easily order online and receive a confirmation email. The prices were very reasonable. Delivery and pickup were a breeze! We will definitely be faithful customers!

I love Now It's A Party!! Their prices are very affordable and the bounce houses are clean and well taken care of. Brian is always very courteous and accommodating. I've used this company several times and they will be the only company I use. I love that they deliver and take care of cleaning the machines for me. They make having a party so easy and the best part is that the kids have a blast! Thank you!

I have attended several party's that had bounce houses or other inflatable fun. I have also had 1 or 2 myself. But when I contacted Now Its a Party and spoke with Brian He made my party planning for a 9 year old so much easier. It was a one stop shop. I got the King of inflatables a 18' Giant Slide, along with a hot dog turner, cotton candy maker and a snow cone machine. Party was a huge success that we plan on doing it again for my other child. Thank you Brian for helping me make my daughters birthday a huge success and her a happy girl.
