My order was completely wrong when it was delivered. I called immediately to have the problem resolved but was told it would be another hour before the food could be corrected and since I was on my lunch break I just asked for a refund. I was told it would be issued. I have since followed up with the manager who hung up on me when I questioned the refund. He kept saying I needed to return the food. I called back and was told to call later when a different owner would be in. I will never order from here again! Awful food, even worse customer service!

they have gotten my order wrong at least three times, delivery guys gave us the wrong order and after I had already eaten an egg roll showed back up at the house and seemed mad at me because I didn't check the order before I started eating. the food is okay as far as chinese goes if you order in the middle of their most busy time otherwise it seems stale and left out

My first time ordering from this place. I ordered chicken with garlic sauce and it was terrible. There was more veggies than chicken. No sauce and chicken was very dry. When I called to ask for a remake or refund, all I got was a bunch of yelling and a no. Terrible service and horrible food. If you want good Chinese food, look elsewhere.. I took it upon myself to dispute the transaction with my bank.

I ordered a spring roll and when I got my food it had shrimp inside of it which I am allergic to ... I then called then and spoke to several people and they either hung up on my or basically told me ole well. I asked them what they would have done if I would have died they said nothing. So I will be contacting a lawyer as well as the better business. The only thing I wanted back was my money and they had a problem with that

Always fast and delivers to a wide range. Huge tea and well all the food is delicious. :)
