You know how some Chinese places have questionable meat and rubbery vegetables. It is a constant Chinese fear of mine. This place has obviously real meat and vegetables that still maintain a crunch. And....the girl that works there is hillarious. She is certainly quirky, but worth knowing. You will leave in a better mood than you came in.
