Worst taxi service... I had a early flight office and needed to be at definition train station from Shirey, N.Y. when I called the disptcher. He told me he'll have a taxi at my place in10 minutes. It was 40 minutes and I was STILL WAITING. I called back the dispatcher and asked him whats going on and if the taxi as having a hard time finding me, and allthe dispaycher resons is "It's not my fault. It's the taxi driver's fault. I'm just a dispatcher". I call back the dispatcher because is almost an hour later and no taxi has arrived.. again dispatcher blames the cab driver. Cab arrives 5 minutes after that. It's been an HOUR since the initial call to the taxi service.
The TAXI CAB DRIVER is DISCOURTEOUS and starts cursing and swear g when I tell him that after I had a discussion with His dispatcher I will pay him $30 NOT $40. The taxi cab driver pulls over and said he refuses to take me to Ronkonkoma until I PAY HIM $40 And he will not move u til then. I told the cab driver it's his fault for arriving very late to pick me up. Cab driver says he'll lose out of I PAY HIM $30. I told him to speak to his dispatcher and START DRIVING to my place of destination IMMEDIATELY. The. An driver's. Begins DRIVING ad cursing saying that $40 TO RONKONKOMA IS ridiculous and that he charges that to drive to Patchogue..
We finally arrive to Ronkonkoma train station and I DON'T EVEN GET AN APOLOGY for this VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE. I miss 4 of the intended LIRR trains to take to Jamaica to get to my flight at JFK.
What's worse Is that I MISS MY FLIGHT and get charged an extra $100.00 TO rebook the flight to a later one. I lose a whole day of work at my final destination from JFK And I having to spend even more money, ALL BECAUAE OF THE NEGLIGENCE AND INCOMPETENCE OF MADELINE TAXI SERVICE.
People should NOT have to go through all of this NON-SENSE!

So far all I can say is that this taxi service company is good so far because I have tried using this taxi company for 2 days already so far they seem to have good result here. This is a suggestion from me here that they should have all of their drivers using a bluetooth headsets while driving customers to their destination whatever that might be so they can pick up other calls without causing a driving hazard here also don't forget to put your seat belt on while driving customers around to their destination here is where I would like to suggest them to know here in fact they are very polite on the phone with you when u call in for a ride here and their cars is clean and very comfortable to ride in here however I would recommend this taxi service company to anyone that need a ride somewhere here however they are pretty good and I will be using them again that all I gotta to say here also I would like to let other people know that their prices for their services is pretty reasonable
