        SCAM! The repair man had no idea how to fix our washing machine, so he told us there were major problems with the motor and it would cost over $500 to fix. We nearly went out and bought a new washing machine because of this. We decided to have GE take a look at it first, though.



        GE found a loose bold that holds up the agitator. Within 10 minutes GE had the washing machine running good as new.



        I called Absolute Appliance Repair back and asked for a refund. The manager was rude and hung up on me. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Avoid this company. They tried to scam me and they will try to scam you.
