H & S Remodeling

I began doing business with H & S as many of us do, with a phone call to inquire about doing some work on my home. It has been almost two weeks, and I have yet to hear anything from them. With almost a decade teaching international business overseas, this tells me they either have extremely poor customer service skills, they simply have too many clients currently to worry about acquiring new ones, or have lost sight of the very basic principles of doing business - acquiring customers and generating revenue. Regardless of the reason, they have proven they are not interested in taking my money, and accordingly, we can assume they're not interested in taking yours. With so many other contractors available, simply move on...
