Very good experience. Tech came out soon after our call. Ordered part for our Whirlpool Washer and had it fixed quckly. He worked very fast and efficiently. Would definitely call them again!

Randy knew immediately what the problem was and had the part in his truck. Dishwasher was under warranty or I probably would not have had Diamond due to the 4 negative reviews. It seems to be working fine.

Terrible experience. We are waiting on our FOURTH visit and still no repair. The second tech who came out said the first tech did not even replace the part he was there for. We’re entering our 3rd week with no fridge and we bought it 6 months ago.

I had 4 service calls on my dishwasher and they kept blaming the problem on an electrical problem. Had an electrician out twice and NOW have pictures to prove that my voltage is FINE running to the dishwasher. They didn't even pull the appliance out from the wall to check the connections. My dishwasher is only 6 months old and still under warranty. They also refused to call the manufacturer while they were at the appointment even though that's what the manufacturer wanted. I also have to wait 2 weeks between service appointments because my schedule is limited and they do not offer evening or Saturday hours. One service tech I had actually replaced some parts and he was good but the others said that I needed an electrician and I've paid for that service twice for him to find nothing wrong.
