Worst Company i have ever seen, charging 10 times of retail on equipment do not give model numbers until after install, lie about how much wire they use, do not have knowledge to know what kind of wire to use or how to even wire a system correctly. wasted 2 months and thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE

Tried to order some locks from these guys and got the bulk of the order in okay, but a couple of small items were wrong and they had to reorder. Well guess what, you get all the attention in the world when a lot of money is on the line, but when it came to completing my order they just don't care now. I've called once a week for FOUR MONTHS and I've been very polite in trying to figure out where my stuff is. No luck, they just simply don't care. Their loss because as someone who manufactures locking medical cabinets I would have ordered a lot more. But if they can't complete my order for the prototype then they can't have the rest of my business either. Thanks for wasting my time, guys.

They put in locks as well so this is pretty much the finest places to go to if you have any problem, any lock connected problems. They can handle it all.

Absolutely the worst locksmith company I have ever called. If you tell me 45 min I expect you to be to within the hour. I do not appreciate the 3 lies given to me nor do I appreciate the run around. Sat in the cold for almost 2 hours just for another company to show up before them and unlock my truck before they ever made it. If you decide to use them make sure you don't have any other plans for the day as they may take all day.

They forgot to write down our appointment time so they did not show. I rescheduled, and this time they were 1 1/2 hours late. No apology was offered. They did not bring the proper hardware so could not do the job. They told me they would find the parts and call me later that day with pricing and to schedule a new appointment time, but they did not call. I called them the following day to follow up and was told to buy my own locks and they'd install them. A To Z Lock and Safe are totally unprofessional and have no regard for the customers' time.
