I have been a patient of Dr. Draper's for almost 30 years. He has done many surgeries on me and I have always been satisfied with his work and the out come of each surgery. His office staff are great except for Brandy. For some (unknown ) reason she has always been very nasty towards me. I have never been anything but nice to everyone in his office. After 30 years they are like family to me. But when ever I have to interact with Brandy, whether in person or on the phone she has attitude with me. Unfortunately she is the one that everyone has to deal with to have surgeries set up. I'm ready to move on to another ortho just because of her. I'm too old to put up with her attitude any longer. I feel sorry for Dr. Draper because most of the poor marks on the office staff are because of her and her alone

I have been doctoring with Dr. Draper for about 30 years for my right knee and he has been great. I need to have a knee replacement and he will be the one to do it. I wont let no other doctor touch my knee.
