Waste of money! Rude, did not listen to anything I had to say, showed up late to court, forgot to file my papers, only met with her once for my initial consult and then the day of my hearing and wanted to know in 5 minutes what my requests and demands were. Horribly unprofessional. Used the "F" word repeatedly when I set up a consult and refused take my concerns for my son's safety seriously. Only wants your money and does not care about you or your children's best interests.

My husband and I had the absolute worst experience with Jeff Burcham that we've ever experienced regarding the law. He met with us one time to go over the case intially and then never followed up in a formal sit down meeting with us about a game plan on how to prepare for court. He came to court unprepared. He did not speak up for us or for the case. When leaving the courtroom and we had some questions for him outside, he was more worried about his cigarettes and then said, "sorry folks my rides here gotta go." Poorly represented us and is an absolute lousy excuse for an attorney. Expensive and unjust!! I would not refer ANYONE to go to him for representation...Ever!
