Motel 6

The WORST hotel/motel experience EVER! No hot water for first day. AC in room quit working the first night and it was >90 degrees out and like 300% humidity. Drenched in sweat and couldn't sleep until they fixed it the next day (fortunately I had cold showers to help since there was no hot water). No cups or ice bucket in room, the front desk gave me a small styrofoam cup to put ice in! Took 4 hours to get towels. Spoke to manager about a partial refund - I would have accepted a token refund of $10 - but was very, very rudely told it wasn't going to happen, in any way, shape, or form. Of course, 50% of the staff literally spoke no English at all, so I may have been offered a full refund and stock in the company for all I know. Stay far away from this place and dont even drive past it anymore. I'm really easy going and I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel, but this was just crazy and most of it could have been taken care of by any number of staff that cared even the slightest bit!

NEVER stay in this hotel unless you want a mediocre room and for them to double charge you and not care whether they refund your money to you in a timely manner. the owner screamed at me on the phone saying oh well it wasn't his fault then hung up on me. worst experience ever.
