        Overall

        Always fair and on time. Just a simple call to discuss an issue, has the owner at my door either that day or the next morning. Honest employees. Had them in my house for 2 days and didn't hesitate to leave them there to go pick up the kids from school. Always polite and courteous, and willing to go the extra mile! Thank you Mr. Charles for everything!
