Luke Apartments

I'm amazed that no one else has commented on Luke Apartments and the poor quality of living there. As a resident, I have very few positives and mostly negative reviews about Luke Apartments. If you're thinking about moving there, think again! If you're looking for a quiet place to live in the city of Marquette, this is not the place. The landlord tricked me into thinking it was a quiet place to live. After 6 months, I discovered what Luke Apartments is really about. There are some very disrespectful tenants that live there. To make matters worse, I've had to call the police twice in less than a year to deal with domestic disputes at 4am in the morning DURING THE WEEK outside my window.



There are a lot of low-lifes that live at Luke Apartments. For $450/month, trust me, you can find a better place than this in Marquette. It's supposed to be a smoke free environment. Time after time I've smelled smoke seeping through my door and my walls. There are people smoking inside their apartments. There's no way the odor of smoke could be that strong unless someone was actually smoking indoors. Oh yes, and no need for an alarm in the morning, the loud neighbors will wake you up at 8am with their banging of cupboard doors and coughing. I've had to use a fan many times just to avoid the loud noises in the morning.



The best part? I've called the landlord and complained about a lot of these issues, so far, nothing has been done. I contacted him about 2 months ago. Take my advice, find a better place in the city of Marquette. Keep your distance from Luke Apartments! Keep your money too! This place will bring you down....



Oh, the positive? It's close to Jilbert Dairy and in the middle of all the businesses in Marquette.
