Hat's off to the employees, supervisors and judges of Marquette County Juvenile Court because they are using innovative solutions to help at-risk teenagers. The teens make a difference by participating in environment friendly efforts like the Manoomin Project. Over the past four years, these teens have planted over one ton of wild rice at seven remote sites. The Manoomin Project is only one of several hands-on environment efforts that give the teens a feeling of ownership in the future of our great Upper Peninsula.
