New and improved ownership? I don't think so!
After placing our order, we waited and waited and waited. On several occasions the waitress told us our order was coming right out. We still waited. We waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes! Meanwhile, other customers arrived, were served, and left! Another family, who arrived shortly after us, also waited about 45 minutes and then left. When I asked to see the manager, I was told he would be right out. He never appeared.
Finally, our party of four, also left -- without being served. When I spoke to the manager at the cash register, he told me that he was really sorry for the delay. When I asked how he could justify seven other tables (arriving after us) could be served and cleared while we sat and waited, he told me they were having problems with ""a printer"". A PRINTER??? I told him that was no excuse, as he had clearly seen and heard from our waitress that we were STILL waiting for our order.
I have no idea what was going on with the kitchen and wait staff. But clearly, the manager has no control of his employees. Believe me. The service is STILL bad. REALLY BAD.
