        To Kathy J. you received your phone in PERFECT WORKING ORDER, You brought your phone in because YOU BROKE IT! We do not warranty re-breaks of any kind which was what yours was in fact. You signed off on your phones functionality before it left the store, you also read and acknowledged the warranty on ALL PHONE REPAIRS which is 14 days.

        Take better care of your phone and don't point the finger at us for YOUR careless handling of YOUR phone which brought you here to begin with because YOU broke it, Its kinda immature..... Maybe its why they call you the "DEVIL".

        Do NOT go to Matt's Tech Shop. He replaced the screen on my iPhone exactly two months ago. The glass screen separated from the body of the phone. When I went in, they informed me there was only a 14 warranty. While looking at my phone the lady I was speaking with broke the glass on the screen causing even more damage.



        They refused to do anything about the situation. Please do NOT go to Matt's Tech Shop.
