It’s All about the $$ with this clinic.. then they write on your review they will try and work it out with you so onlookers see they May have a concern, But they never contact you about their misdiagnose and faulty charge for the service that was never performed. Re: a review I already wrote...
then you go to their website and see this Boastering testimony about their clinic that no patron can access.. hmm all fingers point to Shady Service!

I have worked at Pet wellness center for about 7 years now. I absolutely love my job and coworkers! Even before I worked there my pets received the standard of care they deserved! I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!

The doctor was incredibly rude throughout the enter visit and cut me off when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my dog. The staff was tolerable but I will never bring another pet of mine there ever again. Over charged for something I wasn't told he was giving my dog and it was something I could have done at home. Pathetic. This place doesn't even deserve a star.

I have been taking both of my dogs there for 2 years now the staff is excellent especially Dr Smith my pitbull has successfully been treated for heartworm there and he has come through with flying colors treating your dog for heartworms can be scary but the staff there take excellent care of them I wouldn't goanywhere else around here for veterinary treatment I just can't say enough good about them

i will never go there again. I took my chorkie there when he was very little to get his shots and i was in and out of there every week for 3 months cause they kept trying to tell me they either didnt have the medication to give him or they were saying he was too small to get the shots he needed. I was being charged $55 every week and the last week i went there and they turned him down for his final shots for the 5th time i was charged $109 for the vet visit and for them saying they were having me pay for the shot in advance when i came back. i called later that day and asked if i could get refunded for what i spent in advance on his shots and they didnt know what i was talking about. i found a new vet and when i asked to transfer my dogs records they told me i was a bad pet owner and i didnt deserve to have a dog cause i didnt want to go back to them. also when i took my girl dog to them to get her fixed they put a nuse on her instead of picking her up like i told them to and the girl screamed in my face that the quote un quote the b%@ch dog was going to bite her if she picked her up. my dog is not that and is a fb and you tube sensation. a little kid can pull her around by her tail and she will just sit there. as they took penut back for her to get fixed i began to cry and after i got her home she was in so much pain and they gave her nothing to help it. I WILL NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN

I've had all three of my dogs seen at Pet Wellness since he opened his practice here.. The dogs have had excellent routine care, and and life saving care through serious illnesses. Dr Smith himself is excellent, as are his staff who have remained stable employees, knowledgeable and welcoming.

horrible! they will run a million tests before you get an answer. guess and check method, they guess, you write the check. worst vet experience of my life, my pet would have died if I did not get a 2nd opinion. please avoid this place if you love your pet.
