AMC Theaters

we recently purchased 4 tickets online to see the newtwilight movie on a sunday afternoon. our 2 children are so excited on our 45min drive to the theater. we arrive, use our debit card to print our tickets, go to find a seat, &...no one in the theater will scoot over to accomodate 4 people. i then find a manager & ask her to do a simple task that i have seen the employees in this theater do before, that being ask people to scoot over. she simply stares into the theater & offers us our money back. i refuse & let her know there are plenty of open seats, but people need to scoot over. she then tries to get us to split apart our 7yr old & 11yr old in a dark theater!!!! my husband is finally so disgusted at this girl seeming as tho we are being an inconvenience to her that he acceptes the refund & we drive our dissappointed children right back home!!

we will not be returning to this theater again!!!

I have been trying for 30 minutes to get movie times for Carbondale Il theater movie times for Wednesday. I don't have a cell phone. I live 40 miles away. They have stopped listing movie schedule times in our paper "The Southern" I am only going to the theater because I have two small grandchildren to entertain, and I don't intend to drive to Carbondale, waste time in the extreme heat hoping to guess theater times. Your method annoys me so much that I will find it hard to ever do business with you. Also I don't intend to join a group free or not just to get showtimes to your theaters.,
