Dr. Roger D Anderson, MD

Dr Anderson never seems to be in the office, but thats ok with me. I have always been seen by Dr Kim. She is great at what she does. The only problem I have with this location is the office staff. They never call back with any test results and it seems like they dont want to do what a normal Dr office would do. If you want a refill on a prescription, they want you to contact the pharmacy and then they will contact the Dr. In my opinion, its the Drs offices responsibility to send it, not the pharmacy to request it. Most importantly, the had two locations and closed one without any notice to the patients. I had a scheduled apt and they didnt bother to call and say that they were no longer at that location and I would need to make a new apt at the secondary location. Overall, I want to make sure that anyone understands that Dr Kim is the only reason I continue to go there. If it was not for her, I would travel another 2 hours to go to a better dr office.
