Salon of East Cobb

I love this salon! I have never had any issues with getting an appointment and I absolutely love the girls here! I Personally am glad the Groupon customers had to wait and they gave their loyal clients appointments first, because when I call in they can't always get me in right away and I usually prebook so I don't have this problem. My color is beautiful and I am a red head so I have had dreadful experiences with other salons, one with a number for a name, and I haven't here. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an educated stylist to give you fabulous up to date suggestions for cuts and color because they always go to hair shows. They ARE a small salon so if you prefer being a number in a machine, this isn't for you but if you like attentive customer service from people who know what they are doing, this is the place!

Absolutely DREADFUL customer service. Just like the other reviewer on here, I also bought the groupon from them. I could not get them on the phone, so i went to the salon to set something up. The very rude receptionist told me to sit and wait. As I was sitting in the lobby, I heard the receptionist on the phone scheduling appointments for customers. When she was finished on the phone she asked how she could help, I then mentioned my groupon (BIG MISTAKE) and she proceeded to give me some story about everybody using their groupon at the last minute and they are overbooked. I JUST heard her tell a woman on the phone there was something open tomorrow! She already had my money, so what does she care?! She took my name and told me if someone cancels they will call me. I received no phone call and I called this morning to get an estimated wait time because I need a haircut and I'm not willing to wait three weeks for one. Charlie, the owner was very rude and short with me. She told me there were about 60 people on front of me and she doesn't know when I could get an appointment. She would also not provide a last name for me to call groupon and receive my refund. How professional! I would not wish this salon nightmere or having to deal with the grinch-like owner on my worst enemy. Groupon has issued me a full refund. Dear salon of East Cobb, if you can't handle the customer flow that a groupon brings in, don't put the groupon out there. OVERALL: NOT RECOMMEDED. Halo salon right down the road however was wonderful! Highly recommended.
