My overall experience with the Mahone Group was great, excellent customer service! The staff is very professional and outgoing they go over and beyond to make sure they are assisting the best they can with helping people seek employment. I will definitely refer individuals to Mahone Group that is seeking employment and meets the criteria.

Great people, especially Rob. He was very helpful and we'll updated in my field. He walk me through the process and really went above & beyond for me.

I recently received a job offer and will be starting on this Monday. After the very first call and phone interview I had with Susan Young, she seemed focused on "me" and took to finding me a job seriously. She was in constant contact with me and a client she thought I was a good candidate for. I never had to wonder what was happening because she kept me informed. I was able to get a phone interview and then a face to face interview with the client within days. After that she took to getting my references checked. On this, I also felt like she went above and beyond her job. She is the only recruiter that I have had that seemed to work as hard for someone she didn't know (me) as you would expect of a friend or family member. She took a situation that was upsetting (losing my job) and turned it into one of the best experiences I've ever had. I have met several staff members and they were all very pleasant, professional and helpful. It restores faith that there are still some great people out there. I cannot thank her and The Mahone Group enough. I am so happy that I applied here and you will be too!

The Mahone Group in Marietta, GA is not a good company to work for. If you work in their office, you will witness and be a victim of extreme verbal abuse. The owners, Rob and Susan Young, are some of the most terrible, non-Christian, human beings I have ever encountered.

If you interview with them for a position for one of their clients, you may or may not fall prey to their abuse. If they like you, they will butter you up with their fake kindness. If they do not like you, they will roll their eyes during their interview with you, they will judge you on MANY different levels (from your resume to how you are dressed to the way you wear your hair to what size you are.)

It is my suggestion to stay as far away from this company as possible. I know in this tough economy it's nice when someone calls you for an interview, but I would NOT meet with them.

Hi Rob! I just want to reach out and say thank you with the deepest appreciation. Your guidance and influence has helped me tremendously.  Firstly, introducing me to staffing and recruiting gave me the ability to provide for my daughter during her very important years (middle school and high school). The Mahone Group is a great company to work for. They dedicate the time needed to prepare you for a client interview. Everyone in the office is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Trina and Rob, many thanks for the great job!

I went to meet with Rob and Traci. This was the most unprofessional and a waste of my time experience. We went over my experience on the phone in great detail. Rob had me come in for a job I had very little experience in. Than had a nerve to go back over my resume after we been on the phone for about an hour. I drove 45 minutes to this office what a waste of time because I had other interviews lined up. Out of all the agencies I worked with in the Atlanta area this is the worse one. I will never go back to this agency or refer anyone to this agency.

I just wanted to tell you a little about my first week. I loved it! I absolutely love the staff! I watched the training videos and shadowed other MA's. It was great. The other Medical Assistants are so patient, kind and easy to talk to. I love the front desk people too, they keep you moving and enjoying work. Tomorrow I start actually doing on my own. Thank you Trina and Rob for giving me a chance. Thank you for helping me find a good home!

Just as an FYI, I wanted to let you know that my company has opened up some positions and I have applied for two of them.  I have been told that I have an excellent opportunity to be hired. Thank you Susan! I was concerned we may not be able to fill this need on the timetable the physicians wanted. They really need the person on board by the 22nd. Given the challenges, credentialing and everything else, I never thought we’d make the 22nd. Glad that it will work out, especially since she’s going out of town.

The Mahone team knows what they are doing. The job market is complex today and I’m sure they can’t help everyone all the time. However they helped me! I was sent on two interviews and received a great job offer. I’ve been with my current employer for 7 months now and I’m extremely happy. Thank you Mahone!
