        I just purchased my second home and my agent gave me safelocks number and said they were good, I would usually do my research online before hiring anyone, but I went ahead and trusted my agent and called Safe lock, and they were amazing, I can not believe how smoothly the process went.



        For starters, they were extremely polite, and they worked with my schedule so I could be present for the inspection, not only did they go over what they found with me they also took the time to explain everything to me, you could easily tell they take pride in their work.



        When they emailed me the report, I was expecting a couple pages with a long list of some sort,(our previous inspectors report was a 4 page list of "check boxes" that said "pass" or "fail"),

        I was shocked how wrong I was, our report was 76 pages(!) and had every single issue separated, with descriptions, causes, repairs, and pictures that point it out, and they also did a thermal scan, which I had never heard of, and they found roof leak that the owner was apparently trying to hide, and we were able to get the owner to pay for the roof replacement(!).



        Honestly You don't see many businesses go above and beyond like this anymore and it should be recognized, I am extremely glad I got connected with them and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home inspection.
