Rapid Electronic Repair

I brought my stereo in Rapid Electronics Repair to get an estimate for the repair. The pricing for the estimate was the only call that Rapid Electronics made to me in the four months they held my stereo.

They estimated a one week repair for the stereo. After four months, I literally had to pry the stereo out of there hands to get it back. It was never worked on, and never repaired. They did not return one of my 15-20 phone calls I made to get an update on the "one week:" repair. It was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO TO RAPID ELECTRONICS!

Mr. Al was the only person who was able to fix my tv and had parts for it, even though the tv is very old. It didn't take him long to identify and fix the problem and his charge was very reasonable. He is great at what he does and if anything happens to my tv again he'll be the first one I call.

GREAT SERVICE, REASONABLE PRICE! They are authorized repair center for most brands. Very professional, and did the repair on my TV in less than 2 days.

I am Mary Fisher and I am 78 years old. A couple days ago I called this repair place to come to my home to repair my stereo and television. The man came in and I explained the problems I was having. Listening to my problems he understood and clearly explained what had happened. He took care of the problem that I had with my unit very quickly. Once he was done he showed me how to use the clicker. I offered to pay him a little bit more but he did not accept. He said that it was his job to help. Two days later I forgot how to use the clicker and called the man that helped me. He came back and very nicely and patiently showed me again how to work with the clicker. I told him thank god we still have good, honest, and experienced people.

I have a 42 inch Samsung plasma TV. And on New Years Eve my TV began to have problems since it had problems i decided to call rapid electronics and asked for a repair. Even though it was new years eve they sent me a technician right away they checked my TV they let me know problem and repaired it. i like their service because the technician was very polite and he was very skillful and knowledgeable and told me exactly what the problem was. they repaired my tv with a very good price. and i greatly recommend them!!!

i had a very enjoyable experience with rapid electronic repair they were very prompt and courteous and the technicians are very knowledgeable and went straight to the problem which impressed me very much as far as cost they gave me a fair and very reasonable rate the thing i liked the most was the break down on parts labor and service call all this was told to me up front and when they arrived the price did not change i highly recommend this company if you have high end electronics and are not looking to spend a lot of money on guess work this company really knows its stuff GO RAPID ELECTRONIC REPAIR KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LEONARD

Repairman came time as promised, changed the lamp (cost for bulb was $225.00) charged $125 for labor and ALSO $59 for "service call ?" Save your $$$. Other repair shops in the yellow pages may charge upwards of $80 or $90 for a service call, HOWEVER, they don't add the fee to the total bill if you choose to have it repaired; you pay the service fee if you choose not to have them fix the item. Save your cash and verify with store IF they will waive the service call, if not, call someone else.

I took my laptop to get repaired after my laptop jack went out on 3/21/08. I paid a $20 deposit and another $90 2 days later when I was called by the the Owner/Manager "Al" Abbas Letafat to pick it up



I went and picked it up and that very day the laptop jack went out again. Took it back next day and again they did not fix it saying it needed a part from Gateway. I ordered the part and took it back a week later and left it for another 2 days and again it was not working after. I demanded a refund of my monies and the owner refused claimign they had repaired it. The tech was honest enough to tell me that he didnot fix it but the Owner/Manager Abbas Letafat insisted on not returning my money to me depsite not having done thw work i contracted them to do. I am reversing the $90.00 charge on my debit card and filing a claim with the Atlanta Better Business Burea.



Daylight robbery and very unethical and crooked business practises. You need to transact with a business that stands behind its work and doesnt make excuses and then try and keep your money.
