When I needed directions, the phone message got me in the right direction. Their receptionist was very nice and things went smoothly even through my worries about forgetting my referral paper.
When I was first called in, the nurse who took my weight and blood pressure was very kind and helpful. She eased my worries about coming to the OB-GYN since this was the first one I've gone to that is in a city larger then a couple hundred people.
Now to the part that caused me to write this review as two stars. I'd say Fair just because everything leading up to seeing the actual doctor was great. When I got in the room I sat for a short amount of time, barely any waiting which was really nice and when she came in she seemed nice enough.
She asked about some of my past history and I told her. She then began to criticize my explanation about some of my medical history and family medical history saying that she didn't understand, and that didn't sound right and oh that particular part was "sketchy". When getting deeper into the other questions they ask, I felt very judged and very insecure with each question/answer. I was always told that I should never feel judged or upset after an appointment with any doctor but that's exactly how I felt. I have never been very educated on the female body and wanted to ask some questions so I'd understand a little more but I was so uncomfortable and upset that I just wanted out of there as soon as possible.
I don't know if it was just the doctor I was put with but I was very disappointed in my visit. -

GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! Drs. are heartless and could care LESS about there patients. I moved here from Marietta OBGYN because at the time this office had Saturday appointments. In the middle of my pregnancy they stopped the Saturday appointments. They put on a great front and act like they care, but then you figure out they do not. Plus there medical assistants are RUDE, and do not seem to know what they are doing. Long waits, I sat beside a lady the other day that had been waiting for 2 hours before she was even put in a room. If you need a great OBGYN go to Marietta OBGYN!!!!!!!!! The BIGGEST mistake I made was switching to Dr. Tackett and OBGYN Associates!

He is greatest Doctor!
Dr. Tackitt is greatest Doctor and he save my life with my problem. I met him at ER at Kennsaw Hospital. he make sure that I am well taking care of. I feel very comfortable with him and his staff too. he is kind and caring Doctor I ever had.
