Preventive Care

Dental Care
Good dental care for your pet does not end after he or she leaves our hospital. Much like you care for your own teeth, we strongly encourage you to brush your pet’s teeth each day. A good time to remember to brush is at meal time.
Vaccination
Vaccination is available for the H3N8 influenza virus, but no vaccination is available for the H3N2 virus. Contact your veterinarian to learn more about the vaccination

For your pet’s protection, all animals that board must be current on vaccinations. For dogs, we require Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Leptospirosis and Canine Influenza. For cats, we require Rabies and Distemper. Cats and dogs must be free of intestinal parasites, fleas and ticks. If your pet needs medication or treatment during their boarding stay, please inquire with the front office staff regarding any additional fees.
