my husband and I brought our two dogs to the BARKWORLD expo this year in Atlanta, Ga. It was awesome that Best Friends was there hosting the doggie daycare. They were so nice and so great with the pups. Many time I would walk out to see the pups and Ossian would be sitting in one of the Best Friends Employee and they would be loving all over him. I am very thankful they were there. We live in Lexington Ky and there is not a Bst Friends there but if we ever go somewhere where there is a Best Friends. We will totally keep our dogs there. Thanks for coming to BARKWORLD: Best Friend!

I have used them several times & loved the customer service & personal attention my pets receive. Recently I was in a car accident & was unable to pick up my pets.
Bia the manager was a true delight & brought my pets home. She even ran by the store & picked up some medicine for my headache & stiff back. A true angel!
I cannot say enough nice things about them....rare for someone to go out of their way in this day & age...

I left my Poor dog at Best Friends for a long week-end and when I came back, He had urine stains on his side and a bite mark on his ear. I inquired about the injury and the manager was dumbfounded as it was the first he had heard of it. No explaination was given other than we are sorry and we have no idea how it got there. I paid for playtimes and I'm sure that he just got in a tussle with another dog, but for the manager to not know anything and then say nothing about it, Come on. There was also no apology given for the urine stains on his side.
I took him home and bathed him. I hope my dog forgets his stay there, because I NEVER WILL
