        Overall

        By far the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The machine I was told I need to do the job did not do the job. When I called on 11/14/16 to let them know the sales person was short with me and told me he would have to see the machine and would call me back. I never got a call. I called on 11/16/16 and talked to a lady and she began trying to argue and tell me the machine does work for the job I was doing and then hung up on me. I understand this company may have some people that rents and may try to get it free by complaining but I am not that kind of person. I thought this was a good rental company that would be reasonable and understanding with customers. I was very wrong and would not recommend anyone using North Florida Rentals.
