Great experience with their management services and the staff is very pleasant. I would recommend them if you are in need of property management.

Austin Tyler & Co were great to rent from. They made sure to make us feel right at home right away even when our move to the area was on short notice. They were very accommodating and flexible with service or maintenance needs. The lawn was maintained well and all service techs were personable. The office staff were quite cordial and made for an overall enjoyable rental experience.

I can’t say enough about how accommodating Austin Tyler & Co were throughout my entire rental experience. Very easy to work with and they were so gracious and understanding of life’s changing circumstances. The home was perfect and I enjoyed being a tenant! There was no stress or hassle. Very unprofessional business. I would look elsewhere for a rental. After requesting our well be looked at (our water was orange/red) she refused to work on it until we mowed our lawn. We did, but that started series of confrontations resulting in her calling my in-laws (not joking; she called my wife's family) to disparage me. Real classy stuff folks.

Austin Tyler & Company goes above and beyond to make their tenants feel welcomed and appreciated. They even arranged to meet with us on a Saturday to show us a property since we lived out of town. They also made sure to respond quickly to a maintenance emergency to get our place restored to being whole again. All in all we have had a great leasing experience which made us want to re-sign for another year. Thanks to all at Austin Tyler & Company for making our lives aweome in your rental home.

I use Austin Tyler to rent my apartments. They are always quick and their screening process is thorough. They do whatever they can to accommodate my needs and make things as simple as possible.

Full Disclosure: I work for this company and just wanted to take a moment to explain why. I started here years ago and have always loved it. I know this will seem like a biased statement, but ATC is really an awesome company. We have such a great team and atmosphere. I'm so grateful to work for a company that is so well-constructed and work with people that are easy to get along with.

So I have been on both sides of Austin Tyler & Co. I can say that working there has been a delight and a huge learning experience. Camilla has taught me so much in the year and a half I've worked with her and has been so amazing to me.

On the side of renting... My husband and I are buying our home from an owner with Austin Tyler and it has been a wonderful experience here also. Anytime I have a question the girls are very helpful.

I first contacted Austin Tyler several months ago with questions as an owner about renting my property through their management services. I was totally unfamiliar with the Marianna market and needed a lot of basic information to determine a competitive rent price and marketability of my home. I also made several calls and emails to them for assistance with tenant backgrounds, credit checks and rental applications. My experience with Camilla and her staff was nothing short of exceptional. I found Austin Tyler to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I learned so much from our many conversations. In the end, I chose to sell my house rather than lease. However, I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone needing property management or assistance with placing families in rental/investment properties. If I have an opportunity in the future to work with them, Austin Tyler will be my first call.

We purchased our retirement home in Marianna and had no thoughts of renting it out since we live in DC. We then learned of Austin Tyler management company and decide to give it a try-
WOW what an amazing experience we have had working with them!! The experience has been soo good, we have purchased more properties in Jackson county (and only Jackson County so Austin Tyler will manage our properties!)
The experience from every time we talk to them, every email, the portal where we can see our properties and the inspections they perform, the videos they send us of the properties - is just phenomenal service!!

Truly has been a most remarkable experience working with them from interviewing tenants - taking care of the move in and out process - every repair that is needed. We have had great tenants and care for our homes - and it is because of Austin Tyler and their excellent services that we can continue to purchase properties in Jackson County.

They are great. Have been using them fo a little over 2 years to manage for me, and I have had zero issues. They are extreme pleasant and easy to work with.

The experience with this company was most horrible: untimely and always busy... they clearly knew they weren't interested in renting to me after they took the application fee. Properties aren't that nice for all the hassle. I would have to pay double they deposit because my application had too many "unhealthy aspects ".

As a RE investor in the FL Panhandle region, I rely on Austin Tyler to oversee my properties. I I have found ATCo. to provide the utmost professionalism when dealing with both tenants and landlords.

Since I have no experience in rental property, this property management has been SO beneficial to me with advice and recommendations. They have the right folks to send for maintenance and the expertise and advice in tenant selection. We rented from Austin Tyler for two years and had a great experience. If we had a maintenance issue, it was fixed in a reasonable timeframe and to our satisfaction. We paid our rent on time, left the house in the same shape as we found it, and did some moderate cleaning before we vacated and received our full deposit back. They were fair and professional at all times and I would rent from them again
