Hope Animal Clinic

We found this clinic to be friendly and accommodating. Dr Kevin keeps us informed whenever our 15 year old dog goes in for treatment and will always return our calls when we need answers to some problem he is having. They are thorough in finding out what might be causing an issue. Margie and others at the front desk are friendly and helpful. We can't say enough good things about this clinic.

I love the staff there! Margie and Shane at the front desk always love on the animals. Dr. Kevin is great with both my dog and cat. I have always felt like they care for my animals. I take my pets for routine care & have recently gotten a new pet, so we have been to this facility countless times. My dog that was elderly and has since passed away, received the greatest of care at Hope. They always worked with me and our needs.

I worked at this clinic. The staff in the medical building do not care for the animals. They are not animal lovers so think about this before you bring the animals you love so dearly to them. They keep the place filthy. There are fleas inside the cages where they keep animals while in the office. Surgeries are fair game the door stays open anyone and everyone can walk in and out chat with the doctor who has your animal opened up on his table. The boarding facility has had many problems with infectious diseases such as kennel cough which is an air borne disease. Many of the employess neglect your dog for a whole night if you brought them in "to late in the day" because they dont have time to mess with them. They have had tick infestations many a times. One of those times their own blood donor dog was bitten by these ticks and contracted Ehrlichia which can never be cured. many of these animals have been known to jump the fence which if you will notice is directly adjacent to the highway. Please think before you bring the animals you love to these people.

I am a new resident of Marble Falls and was referred to Hope by many friends. They did not disappoint! The whole staff was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt very confident about the care my two pets received and was pleased they practice such a high level of care. I would highly recommend Hope to anyone in the area that needs a great vet clinic.

Very Very bad animal clinic!! AND very very rude dr. They can not notice a serious pet problem,and my dog died from a tumor. It has been reported,and everyone at the clinic,should go back to high school or go flip burgers,not try to save and mess with animals lifes.I lost my dog,paid them to do work,and was told to go to another vet to finish the job I paid them for to do,yet alone not notice a big tumor,damm aggies. I would not want anyone to go there,unless you want your pet to suffer. Big fancy place,you pay to keep it going. A smaller vet you get cheaper charges,and better,more personals services. I hope the vet board shuts them down.My hearing dog dead now 14 years old,rest in peace Duke I am so sorry i took you to a bad vet,now aa big ripple effect has started,or as we say,the dance is on.
