3rd Generation Plumbing

Don't trust these people! I called these guys out to fix a blocked drain. Their plumber was a real nice guy who snaked the pipes & discovered that our septic tank was full & needed pumping out. He also informed me that their pump out truck was down for repair & I should call out another contractor to pump out said tank. Before I could call anyone else 3rd Generation's office called me & told me that they could do the job but they required payment up front. Having been without plumbing for 24 hours I was happy to oblige. I waited for the truck to arrive,and waited, and waited. I called 3rd Generation on 3 occasions that afternoon and each time I was told the truck was on it's way and had simply been delayed. Finally at 6.30 pm I received a call from the "Girl who lives above the office" telling me that the truck had broken down & would not be coming & they would be here in the morning. Of course by now it was too late to call another contractor. On calling them at 8.00 am the next morning I was told by the same young lady that she would call me back as soon as she knew where the truck was. At this point we had been without plumbing for 48 hrs & my patience was as stretched as my colon. I called another contractor who informed me that 3rd Generation's truck had been down for some time & they were doing all their pump outs & because of the added workload they couldn't fit me in today & the weekend was approaching fast. I finally got a contractor to agree to do the job & now I have to get my upfront payment back from these shady characters that lied to me all day yesterday & caused My family & I to use public restrooms & go without showers for another 24 hrs. I think I have a 5 gallon bucket of criticism I may drop off at their office!
