Jack's Pizza Cafe

In Modesto, DON'T GO TO THE BUFFET! The selection is terrible and they are VERY SLOW bringing out fresh pizza. I was there for 45 minutes and saw only one pizza come out of the kitchen. I asked for my money back, but the guy refused. I had 2 small slices of pizza and some salad. My daughter had one piece and some salad. We paid over $16 ($5/slice). NOT GOING BACK! I wish I could give them NO stars.

This place has good pizza but horrible customer service and even worse hamburgers. The hamburgers are so greasy that when you pick them up from the tray, grease falls rite out of the wrapping. Then I broke the burger in half and saw the meat was not even cooked all the way. The manager tells me that is how they come and she can make me a new one but it will be the exact same thing. Also she made it a point to tell me that they are not allowed to give refunds because previous management gave to many refunds to customers. Wow, I wonder why??!!!

Very disappoint the one in Modesto,ca we went there when they first open the guy kick us out cuz my dog barked at him he was protect me and also I have card and he has vest on him he's service dog so I goes to Bella Italia good pizza there and the owner allow bring service dog there !

best pizza in town!!!! great customer service an happy hour!!!

Nuff said. I hope this place doesn't tank like the other pizza places that were at this location. The Italian sandwich is really good too.
